By accessing georgetownbugs.com or using any services provided by Georgetown Pest Control (“GPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Georgetown Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control, mosquito control, wildlife management, and exclusion services in the greater Austin/Williamson County area of Texas. Website information does not complete a purchase or guarantee a price. Service scope, pricing, billing timing, scheduling, coverage, and other terms are established only in the written service agreement accepted by the customer.
Service Agreements and Cancellation
If a customer accepts a recurring service agreement, the billing frequency, authorization method, charge timing, cancellation terms, and any renewal terms will be stated in that agreement. No website price or billing schedule overrides the written agreement. You may cancel your recurring service at any time by contacting us at 512-966-6293 or info@georgetownbugs.com. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially completed service periods unless otherwise required by law.
Payment
Payment authorization, charge timing, and accepted payment methods are specified in the customer’s written service agreement. Georgetown Pest Control may offer credit card, ACH bank transfer, or other approved methods, but the website does not currently authorize or capture payment for a service purchase. Any returned-payment fee will be disclosed in the applicable written service agreement and assessed only as permitted by law. Accounts with outstanding balances may be referred to collections.
Access to Property
By scheduling service, you authorize Georgetown Pest Control technicians to access your property for the purpose of performing the requested pest control services. You agree to ensure safe access to all areas requiring treatment. GPC is not liable for damages resulting from restricted access to service areas.
Communications and SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and enrolling in services, you consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from Georgetown Pest Control via phone, email, and SMS/text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect your service account.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Georgetown Pest Control warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 30 days and we will re-service the affected area at no additional charge. GPC’s total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Use of Website
You agree to use georgetownbugs.com only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content. GPC reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Georgetown Pest Control and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at georgetownbugs.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GPC services shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

Georgetown Pest Control reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
